I had to fast until noon for a physical. Not having caffeine or food made us grumpy, snappy crab apples. So my workout wasn’t stellar today. A 20 minute run in the morning. Then a half hour leisurely bike ride after work.
I planned on going to a Zumba class that evening, but by then the sucky caffeine withdrawal headache kicked in hard and so I just pedaled around town until the Aleve kicked in.
Is there anything to counter a headache when you skip caffeine — besides caffeine?
